Winter brings more than frosty mornings, it reshapes our energy, our routines, and our emotional balance. The days shrink, the nights stretch, and holiday celebrations can leave us overstimulated, worn out, and at times depressed. No wonder we find ourselves craving steadiness and a little light to guide us through.

That’s exactly why I created Light in the Dark; a workbook that weaves together evidence-based practices, creative expression, and seasonal insights to help you navigate the darker months with more grounding and less dread.

In this video, I take you on a walkthrough of the book itself. You’ll get a peek inside the pages, see how the journal prompts, recipes, and creative practices are laid out, and learn how you can work with the workbook as a steady companion from Autumn Equinox through Imbolc.

Think of it less as a self-help manual and more as a lantern; something to keep you company while you navigate the colder seasons, with both clinical grounding and activities that honor mind, body, and community.

Start the journey by watching below and if what you see resonates, consider adding Light in the Dark to your winter toolkit.
